** Responsibilities**:
To be responsible for achieving total sales target of the company by:
– Recruiting new salon outlets and increasing the sales of New outlets.
– To achieve targeted sales.
– To organize and implement marketing strategies, sales
promotion
activities and mechanics such as product launches, beauty fairs, PWPs so as to increase the total Sales of Company.
– To develop and train new beauty outlet owners by organizing and conducting seminars, training, visits and counselling sessions.
** Requirements**:
– Highly driven sales oriented, independent
– Possess Beauty knowledge
– 1 yr. experience in salon and retail cosmetics distribution
– At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Preferably Executives specializing in Sales – Retail/General, Sales – Corporate or equivalent.
– Full-Time position.
– Able to handle Mandarin speaking clients. (in order to handle queries from Mandarin speaking clients and also to develop and train new Mandarin speaking beauty outlet owners by organizing and conducting seminars, training, visits and counselling sessions.)
