As an Assistant Salon Director, I am accountable for producing the following result:
Support the Salon Director in driving sales, acquiring new customers, and retaining current customers by building an A-Team and implementing each system and methodology in order to ensure a consistently powerful customer experience.
This position is accountable for but not limited to the following responsibilities:
