As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing professional hair care services to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and enhancing their overall experience.
Responsibilities
Perform haircuts, beard trims, and shaves with precision and attention to detail
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and preferences
Utilize our software for appointment scheduling and client management
Upsell studios products and services to enhance the client experience
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Collaborate with the front desk staff to ensure smooth studios operations
Experience
Proficiency in hair styling techniques and trend
Familiarity with retail math.
Strong customer service skills to build rapport with clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
