Responsibilities include:
Strong stylist technical skills with ability to mentor and train – lead team by example
Ability and desire to style in addition to fulfilling assistant manager role
Promote Sharkey’s to new customers and potential new team members
Assist Manager in hiring, training and retaining stylists
Oversee Daily Operations
Provide exceptional client experience.
Listen and communicate clearly with clients to deliver the highest level of service; happily make adjustments as requested.
Educate clients on retail products that are best suited for their needs.
Ability and desire to work with kids – playful, caring, patient, etc.
Maintain cleanliness of the salon.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere.
Must have active cosmetology or barber license in KS.
