Ulta Beauty is seeking an Assistant Services Manager to support salon and services operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll help lead beauty service teams, ensure an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales across salon, brow, and skin services. In this role, you’ll coach and schedule stylists and service providers, maintain service standards and compliance, manage inventory and merchandising for services, and partner with the Services Manager to meet sales and profitability goals.
