Key Responsibilities

Support on the China social playbook, annual social strategy, own social platform positioning and social guidance based on global social playbook.

Support on building always-on editorial content strategy. Devise and deliver on the always-on editorial content calendar and work with cross-function team to produce local stories of people, communities and product education that speaks to Chinese guests .

Develop and lead social campaigns under China brand marketing calendar to support campaign moments and business goals.

Devise integrated communication plans that include social communication strategy, own social content map-out and creation, paid influencers, platform innovative collaboration or any other activations that can drive social-buzz.

Develop integrated social campaigns which consolidate content calendar into a relevant and engaging editorial content plan for the right platforms.

Manage on time, on brief and on budget social communication execution.

Track, analyze and share the campaign hindsight.

Build and run influencer social pool (KOL/KOC, educators, ambassadors) and identify optimal ways of working and collaboration process which can fully leverage their assets, social impact to optimize lululemon own social editorial content storytelling. To uplift brand social presence, to increase social buzz and to inspire social engagement.

Track and coordinate social efforts. Set up social listening tool and reporting framework to track progress over time .

Strategize working process within social team, digital brand team and with cross-function team (Creative, PR, CRM, EC, RBCM, Event, RBE, etc.)

Explore and initiate new social space, social experience opportunity for lululemon.

A Day in the life

Develop and execute activations that are consumer-driven and socially led on relevant social platforms to support campaign moments and business goals.

Devise and execute the annual always-on social editorial project for the brand and respective content for the brand.

Take the responsibility on the management and operation of designated own social properties along with their respective roles as well as monitor consumer sentiment and behavior that can generate insights to inform marketing and campaign strategy.

Identify, collaborate and track community influencers of the brand and how to work with them on an ongoing basis to improve our brands’ social presence.

Track, analyze, report and coordinate social efforts.

Deal with corresponding administration and financing/purchasing process internally.

Qualifications

Over 8 years working experience, of which, at least over 5 years of independently managing social handles and social campaign activations from brief inception to execution.

Passionate about digital/social/editorial content, sensitive to digital marketing and social trends, curious and always exploring freshness and novelty.
