Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the team to achieve sales and service excellence
• Drive daily business performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently met
• Deliver an exceptional client experience in line with luxury standards
• Oversee stock management and ensure optimal product availability on the shop floor
• Collaborate closely with back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor store performance, providing insights and action plans to drive results
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and visual merchandising standards
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and image of the house
Profile:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within luxury retail
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach
• Business-oriented mindset with a passion for client experience
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
