Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, FL. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, overseeing sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will manage store staff, aid in retail loss prevention efforts, and maintain a welcoming and efficient shopping environment for our customers. Your contribution will be key to driving positive store performance and delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Customer Service and fostering Customer Satisfaction
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with both team members and customers
- Experience in Store Management and operational oversight
- Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention strategies and techniques
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
- Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution in a retail setting
- Previous experience in retail or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or management is advantageous
