This role will be responsible for Max Kuwait.
The following major responsibilities of Store Managers are to be shared (during store managers’ absence):
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Ensuring proper stock levels
Ensuring all events happen as per the Event calendar
Ensuring timely and error free Reports from the stores
Ensuring Stores administration and dealing with Staff issues
Generation and in depth discussion, review and taking corrective actions on the Following Reports:
Top Selling suppliers
Top selling special kit units.
Budgeted vs. actual sales
Daily Sales Report
Walk in and conversions etc.
Optimize sales in line with company budgets.
Achievement of budgets
Ensures store administration is going smooth in absence of store manager
Minimal stock losses.
Focusing on ageing stock – to ensure minimum ageing stock.
Store Maintenance as per international retail standard.
