Implement the Venchi Service Model. Monitors compliance with deployment and coordinates activities based on any changes, if delegated or in the absence of the Store Manager.
Monitor the gelato preparation/ presentation process, ensuring high quality items and conformity with the set standards and techniques of the brand specifications.
To ensure the decoration of the shops are set always as per Venchi’s visual merchandising standards. Visual merchandising for gelato display, decoration and related information are to be updated on a shop level as per communication from the brand.
Perform upon need, the tasks of greeting, taking food orders, serving guests while informing the staff to act accordingly.
Implement adequate hygienic policies and procedures and ensure that health and safety regulations are always followed in the restaurant.
Handle customers’ complaints appropriately while ensuring continuous client satisfaction
Monitor, on a daily basis, F&B costs and review the operation’s budget with the Manager and overview the store’s set targets taking necessary measure to meet them.
Manage all operations relating to store’s function such as participating in the opening and closing procedure, checking maintenance and managing shifts.
Set goals, responsibilities, and expectations to ensure team members can reach their potential.
Coach the team and give them feedback on the spot. Ensure that all the team’s knowledge and practices are always up to date.
Drive trainings for the team and new entries as motivator and guide.
Communicate effectively to the team to ensure each person is up to speed with key updates.
Monitor store KPIs and performance, controls inventory, monitors revenues.
