Overview of the Role

We are looking for a passionate and commercially driven Section Manager with a strong background in fashion retail to join our team in Thailand. You will play a key role in driving sales performance, leading and developing teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring world-class store standards while supporting the overall success of the business. The role will be based in our retail stores.

What You Will Do

• Drive department sales, profitability, and key retail KPIs.

• Lead by example in customer service and brand standards.

• Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour, competitors, and product trends.

• Manage stock flow, replenishment, best sellers, transfers, cycle counts, and stock accuracy.

• Ensure strong commercial and visual merchandising execution.

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

• Support store scheduling, manpower planning, and productivity.

• Coach, motivate, and develop the team to improve performance.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, cash handling, loss prevention, health & safety, and audit standards.

What Equips You for the Role

• Minimum 4 years of retail management experience, preferably within fashion retail, apparel, lifestyle, or specialty retail brands.

• Strong understanding of sales performance, customer experience, visual merchandising, and store operations.

• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyse business performance and drive results.

• Experience managing stock operations, inventory accuracy, and operational compliance.

• Passion for fashion, customer experience, and people leadership.
