Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager located in Traverse City, MI. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. Duties will include managing day-to-day store operations, assisting with inventory control, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. The Assistant Store Manager will also support staff training and development to achieve store goals and provide an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
Experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Strong Communication skills
Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention experience
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of the cannabis industry is a plus
Education in Business Management or related field is beneficial
