We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager who’s ready to lead from the front, support their team, and help bring the Rollie experience to life in our Fitzroy flagship.
As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll partner closely with the Store Manager to drive store performance across sales, operations, and people. You’ll play a key role in shaping the in-store experience by coaching your team, hitting KPIs, and ensuring every customer walks away inspired.
You’ll also step up as acting Store Manager when needed, taking ownership of the store and building your leadership capability along the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Customer Experience
- Lead by example on the floor, delivering an exceptional, on-brand experience
- Coach your team through real-time feedback and observations
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with customers
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and thoughtfully
2. Team Development
- Support and develop your team to reach their full potential
- Deliver on-the-job coaching and contribute to team training
- Assist in recruitment, rostering, and team engagement
- Take initiative on projects and store responsibilities
3. Performance & Operations
- Drive sales performance across KPIs (AHP, UPT, ATV, conversion)
- Support roster planning and daily store operations
- Execute VM and promotions to a high standard
- Ensure stock accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence
