Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Assistant Store Manager, located on-site in Greater London. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for support overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting in the development of business strategies. Tasks include supervising and training team members, monitoring inventory levels, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring store compliance with policies and regulations. The Assistant Store Manager will also be involved in management tasks such as reporting.
Qualifications
Experience in team management, supervision, and staff training
Customer service skills, including handling complaints and ensuring satisfaction
Operational skills such as inventory management and compliance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Previous experience in a retail or managerial role is a plus
