We have a requirement for Assistant Store Manager, Isha Life for Mumbai. The work location will be Mumbai International Airport. Please find below the Job details:
Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations.
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service aligned with Isha Life values.
Supervise and guide store staff; assist in scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/supply chain for restocking.
Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation are consistent with brand aesthetics.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Drive sales targets and help analyze store performance metrics.
Enforce store policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Open and close the store as required, including cash handling and reporting duties.
