WHAT AWAITS YOU:
Working with the store team: recruitment and onboarding of new employees, shift planning, and maintaining a positive work environment
Monitoring sales targets and motivating the team to achieve them
Participating in product receiving and planned inventory processes
Preparing reports and maintaining store documentation
Communicating with regulatory authorities, head office, and shopping mall management
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participating in new store opening processes
Ensuring and controlling efficient store operations
Building a well-aligned and productive team structure
Organizing staff schedules in the absence of the Store Manager
Reporting to management in a timely manner
Ensuring cash register discipline in line with company standards
Managing inventory processes and participating in product acceptance
Ensuring the store is always organized and aligned with brand image
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1 year of experience in fashion retail (Assistant Manager / Store Manager / Supervisor)
Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service
Basic understanding of cash register processes
Strong communication skills, responsible, and result-oriented
Fluent in English or Turkish is must

Full salary paid via bank card
Competitive income: fixed salary of 5,500,000 UZS + sales commission (up to 8,000,000 UZS total)
