Position: Assistant Store Manager (Full Time)

Assistant managers at Hello Kitty Cafe are driven, people-oriented leaders who support their teams and the success of their store. They are essential leaders who drive our vision by collaborating with our store manager with day-to-day operations within their stores and fostering a caring environment for their team members and shift leads. Key Responsibilities:
Building memorable positive interactions with our customers, teammates and community
Understanding the strengths of your team members and ways to build on their strengths
Providing critical and positive feedback to team members to ensure that they are growing in their position
Working alongside store managers with internal development and store goals
Demonstrating a positive and approachable attitude for the team
Leading by example not only within the workplace but also within the community
Ensuring every guest leaves with a smile
Consistently communicating with management to ensure the quality of the service provided
Maintaining a calm, demeanor in unique, situations
Supporting and teaching new hires through in-store training
Maintaining the quality of our products, cleaning and operations of our store
Continually lending a helping hand to your teammates, customers and others
Qualifications:
Food manager safety card provided by SNHD
Have at least 1 year of customer service experience
Have at least 1 year in a management position
Must have excellent communication skills and work ethic
Open availability preferred
One weekend shift requirement (Sat/Sun)
