As we expand, we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager (Operations) to help bring structure, efficiency, and leadership to our day-to-day operations.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for a high-performing QSR Supervisor or Shift Lead ready to step into a leadership position within a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
The Assistant Store Manager will support daily operations, oversee team performance, ensure consistent customer experience, and help implement systems that improve efficiency and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Support and oversee daily store operations across front-of-house and kitchen
Ensure service speed, food quality, and order accuracy meet Greelz standards
Manage high-volume service periods effectively
Team Leadership
Supervise and support FOH and BOH staff during shifts
Assist in onboarding and training new team members
Maintain a disciplined, professional, and positive work environment
Customer Experience
Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
Drive service standards that encourage repeat business
Organization & Systems
Maintain strong organization across store operations
Enforce opening/closing procedures and daily checklists
Support inventory awareness and stock management
Performance & Growth Support
Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Support implementation of new processes and systems
Assist in scaling operations across multiple locations
Requirements (Must-Have)
Minimum 3+ years experience in a fast-paced QSR environment
(e.g., Tim Hortons, Chipotle, Starbucks, McDonald’s, etc.)
Experience in a Supervisor or Shift Lead role
Proven ability to manage high-volume service environments
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and maintain performance standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
