Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager at a Michael Kors Outlet location at the Fort Worth Tanger Outlets in Texas. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing a team of sales associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and implementing store strategies to enhance business outcomes. This role includes participating in staff training, ensuring compliance with company standards, and addressing customer needs to drive satisfaction and brand loyalty.

- Proven ability in Customer Service and achieving Customer Satisfaction
- Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration and customer interaction
- Experience in Store Management and team leadership
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices
- Proficient in time management and problem-solving skills
- Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional shopping experiences
- Previous experience in retail or fashion sales is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
