This role supports the Store Manager in all aspects of store performance, ensuring a premium customer experience and an engaging team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational excellence
• Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with brand standards
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members
• Ensure strong visual merchandising and brand presentation throughout the store
• Monitor stock levels, handle replenishment, and reduce shrinkage
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Maintain compliance with store policies and safety procedures
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a leadership or assistant management role within the fashion industry (required)
• Strong understanding of fashion retail operations and consumer expectations
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Experience with sales reporting, KPIs, and team performance metrics
• Proficiency in POS systems and retail operations tools
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
