Cotton Company, part of LSL Brands, is seeking a creative, energetic, and fashion-forward Assistant Store Manager & Fashion Marketing Specialist to help grow our in-store business and online community.
For more than 30 years, Cotton Company has delivered a remarkable shopping experience, specializing in trendy women’s fashion, intimate apparel, designer men’s activewear, and fashion accessories. We are looking for someone who can combine exceptional retail leadership with a passion for fashion marketing and social media engagement.
What You’ll DoFashion Marketing & Social Media
- Create engaging social media content featuring new arrivals, styling tips, trends, and promotions
- Build our online following through authentic and creative posts, stories, reels, and live content
- Showcase merchandise and fashion trends directly from the store
- Collaborate with management on seasonal marketing campaigns and brand promotions
- Stay current on fashion trends and identify opportunities to engage customers both online and in-store
Event Planning & Community Building
- Plan and execute exciting in-store events such as Girls’ Night Out, fashion previews, trunk shows, VIP shopping events, and seasonal celebrations
- Partner with local businesses and organizations to drive store traffic and brand awareness
- Create memorable experiences that strengthen customer loyalty and community engagement
Store Leadership & Sales
- Deliver exceptional guest service and build lasting customer relationships
- Assist in leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team
- Drive sales through personalized styling and product recommendations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store always looks its best
- Support daily store operations and opening/closing responsibilities
- Lead by example with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for fashion, styling, and current trends
- Experience creating social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or similar platforms
- Retail sales or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Event planning or marketing experience is a plus
- Creative, outgoing personality with confidence in front of the camera
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Flexible availability, including weekends and select special events

Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
