Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate, hands-on Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales and fostering a positive, productive team culture. As a key leader on the floor, you are a master of clienteling—blending exceptional styling skills with operational excellence to create a welcoming and organized environment.

What You’ll Do
- Drive Sales & Styling: Lead by example in building client wardrobes, recommending add-ons, and driving daily/monthly KPIs.
- Elevate Client Experience: Provide personalized service that turns visitors into loyal clients, utilizing our T-H-R-E-A-D training model.
- Lead & Mentor: Act as a role model, helping train, motivate, and develop sales associates to reach their full potential.
- Operational Excellence: Support the Store Manager with inventory management, merchandising updates, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
- Build-a-Box Expert: Curate custom gift boxes and assist clients in finding the perfect thoughtful gift.
- Lead with Empathy: Maintain a positive, solution-oriented atmosphere, acting as the manager-on-duty when needed.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Minimum 3 years of fashion retail experience
- Open availability including weekends and holidays
- Experience supporting and developing a sales team
