Position Summary:Eram Talent is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team for a luxury jewelry retail store. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the visual merchandising standards for our prestigious jewelry products.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the jewelry store

Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Assist in managing and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets

Contribute to creating a visually appealing store environment by maintaining proper jewelry presentation and implementing merchandising guidelines

Ensure the security of valuable jewelry inventory and handle customer transactions

Assist with training and development of team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills

Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

Assist in scheduling employee shifts and coordinating staff activities to ensure optimal coverage

Perform opening and closing duties, including cash management and store security procedures

Assist in analyzing sales and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences in the jewelry market

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in a luxury retail management role, preferably in the jewelry industry

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets in the luxury jewelry market

Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and experience in maintaining store presentation for luxury jewelry products

Proficiency in inventory management and stock control for valuable jewelry inventory

Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced luxury retail environment

Passion for luxury jewelry and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry
