We are expanding our retail network in Florida and South Carolina and are seeking an experienced, style-savvy Assistant Store Manager for our Hilton Head, SC store in Coligny Plaza.
What We’re Looking For:
- Retail leadership experience in apparel, luxury fashion, or boutique environments
- A polished, professional appearance with a warm and friendly personality
- Strong sales, customer service, and team leadership skills
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a passion for visual merchandising
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team to exceed goals
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead daily store operations and ensure brand standards are met
- Drive sales through exceptional customer experiences
- Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
- Manage schedules, POS transactions, and inventory accuracy
- Execute luxury visual merchandising displays to showcase our collections
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- $19/hour + commission
