The Opportunity
ZIMMERMANN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Monte-Carlo store.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about luxury fashion, thrives in a refined retail environment, and values building meaningful, long‑term relationships with clients. In this role, you will work closely with your team to achieve boutique goals, uphold impeccable presentation standards, and create memorable, personalised experiences that reflect the essence of ZIMMERMANN.
Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- To ensure client satisfaction is achieved by every team member
- To ensure that all team members achieve a superior standard of excellence in client service, brand knowledge and product knowledge
- Be focused on excellent performances and results, based on clear KPIs
- Promote an enjoyable working environment which promotes passion, focus and discipline
- Following the recruitment process to be effectively managed in store
- Oversee the stocktake and make sure the stock coordinators are organised, prepared and conducted in accordance with our P&Ps
- Check timesheets are completed
- o ensure the merchandising, window display and the team’s presentation and wardrobe is done in accordance with our P&Ps.
What you will bring
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in a similar leadership role in Monaco would be a plus (knowledge of customers habits, area…)
- Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
- Passion for the brand and Fashion retail industry
- Strong communication skills – the ability to interact positively to the team and client
- Fluent in French and English. A third language such as Russian is a plus.
