Assistant Store Manager in daily operations and overall management of the store
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store sales goals and objectives
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
Ensure product displays, signage, and merchandising standards are maintained throughout the store
Assist in training and onboarding new employees to ensure a knowledgeable team
Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock replenishment and orders
Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role
Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Univercity diploma required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus
