Assistant Store Manager / Supervisor
📍 PEDRO & CHARLES & KEITH | Multiple Locations Across Malaysia
Job Responsibilities:
• Support and lead daily store operations while representing the brand professionally
• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience
• Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to achieve operational excellence
• Monitor inventory integrity and minimize stock losses
• Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and display standards are maintained
• Assist in staff scheduling to ensure smooth floor coverage
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Support recruitment, staff training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion/lifestyle industry
• Experience in team leadership and driving sales performance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, sales-driven, and customer-oriented personality
• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Candidates with experience in store management or supervisory roles are encouraged to apply
