JOB PURPOSE
Assist Store Manager and providing leadership to the team including inspiriting, coaching and performance management.
To Establish a constant focus on Brand, continually driving engagement, knowledge and passion for the Brand across the store team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Management
Lead and motivate the team to drive the business
Provide training and setting performance standard to ensure the store team deliver excellent customer service to every client
Identify, recruit and develop talents
Customer Relationship Management
Manage client database and drive appointment bookings
Build a loyal Clientele and foster a Client-centric mindset by developing long term Client relationships
Business Development
Develop and formulate sales plans and strategy in order to drive team performance and store productivity
Build a strong connection and relationships with relevant stakeholders
PERSONAL PROFILE
With managerial experience in luxury retail
Ability to manage a large team, strong communication and leadership skills
Business driven and strong clientele
