Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Studio Manager for the Bentonville and Rogers studios with some flexibility for remote work. The Assistant Studio Manager is responsible for overseeing daily studio operations, supporting team coordination, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Additional responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, managing client communications, supporting sales efforts, inventory management, and ensuring the workspace operates efficiently to meet business and client needs.

- Strong Team Leadership skills with the ability to mentor, guide, and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Experience in Sales and the ability to contribute to business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Proven Project Management skills to organize, prioritize, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to manage studio resources effectively.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to perform in a hybrid work environment.
- Familiarity with fitness industries or studio environments is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
