Dapper Westside is currently interviewing for 1 barber or cosmetologist position in Tyler Texas for men and boys cuts. Come join a growing brand! Employees are commision based plus tips with a guaranteed hourly rate until regular commission and tip pay surpasses that, which has never taken long. All current employees average 28-50 dollars an hour, my goal is to help you get there. 3.5 days on and 3.5 days off, to support a good work/life balance. Want more days on? No problem, let’s talk! Must be reliable for your shifts. having some male clientele of your own is a plus but not required as the shop clientele grows daily. Must be licensed and have a minimum of 1 year of working experience for barbers and 5 years for cosmetologists. Looking for:
friendly and kind personalities
experience in men’s and boy’s hair. Fades, clipper cuts, shears all over cuts, etc
must be dependable
eager to learn and provide wonderful services
