Position
This position is responsible of piloting the point of sales stock level according to the target service level, anticipating proactively the stock tension and communicating relevant departments. Also to work on different projects for continuous improvement and efficiency of the department and be the major contacts for point of sales for any inquires.
Job responsibilities
Define and adjust regularly the target stock level for each boutique and market (including E-Commerce) to meet the expected service level
Ensure the inventory deployment according to the demand and inventory level in coordination with the sales planning
Monitor the availability of products and identify and report the risks of shortages or excess stock
Identify opportunities of product rebalancing in the distribution network
Organize and deploy inventory rebalancing between boutiques and markets to optimize sales
Monitor the efficiency of transfers and rebalancing, organize stock reversals to optimize BOH, plan stock building for events and new store openings
Plan and organize end-of-life product strategies in cooperation with the Merchandising team
Publish appropriate indicators
Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required
Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Business Administration or a related majors
Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain or other related discipline
Retail and luxury fashion experience is preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paces environment with a strong attention to details
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
Excellent at Excel, knowledge power BI will be a valuable advantage
Proficient in English and Korean
Occasional travel required
