Understand our salon products & services.
– Coordinating the implementation of the Safe Management Measures for the store.
– Maintain the cleanliness of the shop area & understanding the importance of hygiene and cleanliness of the shop.
– Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace.
– Establish contact and developing relationships with customers.
– Recommend hairstyle, coloring and treatment, according to the client’s preference.

Hands-on experience
in coloring, rebonding, hair setting, hair perm techniques.
– Style customer’s hair to desired effect, including shaping, curling, cutting, trimming, setting, etc.
– Cross-sell services and products when appropriate (e.g. through informative brochures and gift cards)
– Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered.
– ordering and replenishing supplies, completing accounting duties, adhering to hygiene standards, and overseeing customer service.
– Inform clients about new services,
Promotions and discounts

– Liaise with external Marketing Company on the Salon
promotion
campaign & advertising.
** Requirements**:
– Minimum 7 year working experience.
– Good interpersonal and
communication skills
.
– Friendly, outgoing, creative mindset and a good eye for design.
– Able to work any shift.
– Able to work OT on weekends and public holiday.
