The Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented
Associate Designer
to join our women’s activewear team. This is a great opportunity to work closely with experienced designers, contribute to the development of our seasonal lines, and grow within a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Create accurate, detailed CADs and tech packs across all activewear categories
Research trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes to support seasonal direction
Assist in developing line sheets, mood boards, and presentation materials for buyer and internal meetings
Organize and maintain the sample room, ensuring all samples are properly documented and stored
Help set up the showroom for meetings and seasonal market weeks
Work closely with senior designers, production, and overseas factories from concept to final sample
Participate in fittings and track design updates
Stay current on market trends, fabric innovations, and competitor activity
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in women’s apparel design, preferably activewear or athleisure
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required); Photoshop, Excel, and PLM systems a plus
Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and fit
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Team player with a good eye for proportion, color, and trend
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field
