Support the Home/Lifestyle Buying & Planning Team with operations to establish the optimum commercial cross channel assortment for related brands/regions, whilst maximizing the financial plan and respecting the category/brand objectives and direction.

*This role is a 12 month fixed term contract*

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Individual accountabilities

Assort, price and forecast the line

Maintain the line in the IT system

Order & track samples orders

Track business performance weekly (SI, SO, GM,…)

Benchmark decisions against competition & broader market landscape

Prepare & present the assortment at to cross functional partners

Shared accountabilities

Define seasonal assortment needs upfront & share with Global Merchandising teams

Contribute to brand elevation both on qualitative and quantitative point of view

Participate/initiate business development projects

Manage special order floor deliveries for Home floor changes and installation timelines

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

Office package knowledge

International (work / study)

2 or more full strategic cycles as a Buying Assistant or similar role

Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
