About the Role:
We’re looking for a design leader who lives at the intersection of fitness culture, consumer behavior, and cutting-edge visual storytelling. As ACD – Design, you’ll shape how our D2C fitness brand shows up across every touchpoint—from sleek activewear launches to hard-hitting equipment drops, from high-converting performance ads to visually sharp growth initiatives and impactful video narratives .This is a hands-on creative leadership role for someone who can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to finesse pixels.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the design vision and execution across campaigns—brand, performance marketing, CRM, and retail.
Craft compelling visual stories for our apparel collections and equipment range that connect with fitness-first consumers.
Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, marketing/ growth managers, and category leads to conceptualize integrated campaigns.
Guide a team of designers to deliver high-impact creatives—both speed and scale matter here.
Develop a strong, distinctive visual language that reflects our brand’s energy, style, and purpose.
Design for performance—optimize creatives for CTRs, conversions, and engagement across Meta, Google, and marketplaces.
Lead campaign shoots and product launches with a sharp design lens—from pre-production planning to post assets.
Maintain design quality and consistency across website, app, retail, and packaging.
Experiment with trends in type, color, motion, and layout—set the bar for design in the fitness category.
What We’re Looking For:
8+ years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role in a fast-paced brand or agency.
Strong portfolio spanning D2C, fashion, fitness, or lifestyle—bonus if you’ve worked on physical product launches.
A deep understanding of visual storytelling in the context of e-comm, performance marketing, and social content.
Ability to toggle between aspirational brand thinking and data-driven execution.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma; motion design skills (After Effects or similar) are a strong plus.
Eye for detail, passion for fitness aesthetics, and a high bar for taste.
Experience mentoring junior designers and giving constructive, clear feedback.
Comfortable working with product, marketing, growth, and content teams to bring ideas to life.
Bonus Points For:
Experience working on integrated campaigns (apparel + equipment + performance).
Prior work with athleisure, sportswear, or fitness gear brands.
A love for movement, training, or sport—someone who “gets” the audience.
