Title: Associate Designer

Develop, design, and support the creation of advertising/marketing assets including presentations, sell sheets, print ads, digital ads, trade show/event collateral, micro-sites, e-blasts, mockups, etc. for BIA and its clients.

What you will do:

Concept, design and produce advertising/marketing assets

Work on multiple projects simultaneously, keeping creative files organized and accessible to the wider team.

Work quickly and efficiently, meeting deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are in line with expectations.

What you will need:

Minimum of one year working in a design/graphic arts role creating print and digital assets for a consumer product company.

Design or Graphic Arts Degree or equivalent training and/or experience.

Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, 3D rendering and experience with other Adobe products is a plus.

Solid typographic/layout design skills with strong attention to detail

Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments.

Efficient time management and organizational skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Highly capable of managing multiple work streams and priorities with internal and external constituents.

Strong problem-solving skills; able to translate creative design into practical business solutions.

Bedding Industries of Americaproduces mattresses that date back to 1866 with 13 factories in the U.S. and license factories worldwide. Known for its design innovation in creating advanced sleep products, the company has an extensive global licensing network that distributes mattresses under 12 brands, including Eclipse, Eastman House, Harvest and Saatva, the original DTC mattress industry disruptor.

While this is a remote role, the candidate should be available to attend monthly meetings in our North Brunswick, New Jersey office.
