Salary/Hourly Rate$65k – $75k (Depending on experience)

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Designer – Women’s Outerwear who has a background in Outerwear Design. The ideal candidate should take direction well, be creative, and be professional, passionate, and enthusiastic!

Responsibilities Of The Associate Designer – Women’s Outerwear

Collaborate with the Design Team: The Associate Designer – Women’s Outerwear will collaborate with the senior design team, assisting them in creating and implementing design concepts for various projects. This includes brainstorming, sketching, choosing color themes, and generating design layouts.

Design Modifications: You will be responsible for making necessary adjustments and modifications to existing designs based on feedback from clients or team members. This could include tweaking color schemes, rearranging elements, or redesigning whole sections.

Project Deadlines: The Associate Designer – Women’s Outerwear will ensure that all design projects are completed on time. This involves prioritizing workloads, keeping track of deadlines, and making sure all design elements are ready for the final production stages.

Qualifications For The Associate Designer – Women’s Outerwear

Experience with sketching detailed flats, color cads, and strong technical skills.

Spec garments, create specs, and have a strong understanding of garments.

Must be detail-oriented and used to working in a fast-paced environment.

Must have Women’s outerwear experience.

Proficient in Excel, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is required.
