We are currently looking for an Associate Designer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is creative, organized, trend focused, and excited to be part of a fast moving brand with a strong vision and a supportive team environment.
What You Will Do:
- Trend Research: Research fashion trends, market shifts, and customer preferences to help develop fresh and relevant product
- Concept Development: Create seasonal concepts, style ideas, color direction, and design boards that align with the brand vision
- Sketching and CADs: Develop sketches, CADs, and design details using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Fabric and Trim Sourcing: Help source fabrics, trims, and materials that support the design direction and intended fit
- Fit and Sample Review: Participate in sample development and fittings, reviewing proportion, silhouette, balance, and overall wearability
- Tech Pack and Fit Comments: Prepare and update tech packs, fit comments, and design related documentation
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, sales, and overseas vendors to support smooth development from concept to final sample
- Design Organization: Maintain strong attention to detail throughout the design and development process
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment
What We Are Looking For
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of design experience, preferably in import or young contemporary apparel
- Strong eye for trend, color, design, and silhouette
- Good understanding of garment construction, fit, and production processes
- Ability to identify fit issues and support solutions that improve the final garment
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Bilingual in Korean and English preferred

Pay: $650,000.00 – $950,000.00 per year
