Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
Great people skills — you’ll be working with clients, creators, celebrities, and internal teams daily.
Cultivate strong relationships with celebrity managers, talent agencies, and key client stakeholders to enable timely negotiations, exclusivity agreements, and collaborative alignment.
Manage complex multi-stakeholder environments, including legal, finance, creative, and production, to drive smooth contracting, budget approvals, and execution.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of high-impact celebrity campaigns — from strategic planning and shoot execution to rollout across digital.
