Responsibilities:
· Work closely with VP of Design through all phases of line creation and execution
· Research, shopping and stay up to date with current fashion trends, fabrications, innovations
and colors.
· Create detailed sketches, manipulate prints, Create CADs and BOM for new development
· Create production Tech Packs
· Daily communication with factories to ensure accurate and on-time sample development
· Review and approve items such as, strike offs, lab dips, fabric swatches, protos.
· Create CAD/Proto Line sheets and color cards for showroom and specific customers.
· Attend fit sessions- understand basic measurements and specing
Qualifications:
· 5+ years’ experience in apparel industry.
· High Proficiency in Photoshop, and Illustrator,
· Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, Blue Cherry/PLM
· Strong fashion, color and print sense
· Ability to create basic and manipulate colors in existing graphics.
· Detailed and organized
· Team player
· Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
