Overview
We are seeking a talented Designer to join our fast-paced, collaborative design team. This role supports the design process from concept through sample development while working closely with senior designers and management. Experience designing trend-driven, fast-fashion styles such as Fashion Nova–inspired silhouettes, fits, and aestheticsis a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Create sketches, technical drawings, and assist with sample development
- Support the development of new styles under the direction of senior designers and management
- Build and coordinate color options for seasonal collections
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Designer or Associate Designer
- Strong computer skills and professional email communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively under tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and drafting techniques.
- Experience with schematics development and technical drawing creation.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
