We are one of India’s largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends. In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we are also in the process of expanding to new categories and introducing new product lines in the existing categories like activewear, supima products, innerwear, personal care products like perfumes and very recently launched footwear and kidswear. Although we are primarily an online brand, we’ve expanded in the offline retail space as well and have six offline stores in Mumbai, one in Pune, one in Bangalore, one in Delhi, with plans for expansion pan India. Team Position & Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and attentive HR Operations Associate to join our team. As a HR Operations Associate you will support the HR department by managing daily operational tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assisting in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Responsibilities :HR Administration:Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completedPayroll and Benefits Administration:Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information.Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, escalating to HR management as necessary.Compliance and Record-Keeping:Ensure HR activities comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both digital and physical.Assist in audits and compliance reviews as needed.HR Projects and Initiatives:Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives such as performance management, training and development, and employee engagement activities.Participate in HR process improvements and system upgrades.Reporting and Analysis:Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.Track and analyze HR metrics such as turnover rates, time-to-hire, and employee satisfaction.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an HR …
