Job Summary
Proudly Voted Best Salon and Hair Colorist of the Beaches 2024 by our community. We are seeking talented, passionate HairStylists and Assistants to join our small team with a growing business. We are unpretentious and a comfortably classic environment located at Beach and San Pablo near Jax Beach.
The ideal candidate will possess a fun, energetic and friendly spirit that enjoys being a part of a team. Will also have strong foundation or learning desire for hair design, color and styling techniques. We cater to our guests so exceptional customer service skills are essential. A STRONG understanding of self promotion and the ability to work towards goals is imperative.
IMPORTANT: At this time we are hiring candidates that live close to the salon so that building a book of business is more organic as you shop, eat and meet people in the immediate area of where you work. We are still growing our name in the community so it will take effort on the part of all team members to help in that growth.
If you have a 50% or more client retention rate to show and are willing to come on as a Lead Stylist to help us grow, there will be a great opportunity for high commission and bonuses available.
Responsibilities
Will be discussed at interview.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license, or enrolled in an accredited cosmetology schools towards certification.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Familiarity with salon software systems, particularly Envision Now, is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience in retail sales within a salon environment is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Pay: $2,000.00 – $10,000.00 per month
