The Associate Manager of Global UGG Retail Training and Communications develops and manages training and communications resources for our UGG global retail team members. This role is responsible for creating global training and communications that impact performance, engage employees, and connect our retail team members to our Brand and Company culture. This involves working cross-functionality with key regional and global stakeholders to deliver and evolve communications and trainings that meet the needs of the business and support the culture of trust and accountability.

The Associate Manager of Global UGG Retail Training and Communications will manage retail communications and provide trainings while partnering with the regions to execute globally consistent and locally relevant content.

Develops and maintains productive, effective, and professional relationships with peers, superiors, and collaborates cross functionally with team members across a variety of departments

Fosters strong collaborative relationships with regional, global teams, as well as with Brand members

Supports field teams in delivering exceptional customer service and prioritizes brand and product knowledge training for employees, ensuring alignment with the GTM calendar

Represents the company in a positive and supportive manner at all times

Training

Lead both virtual and in-person training sessions tailored to global needs, enhancing store performance and ensuring operational excellence.

Develop comprehensive global training programs on a diverse range of topics, including Service, Operations, Product, and Visual Merchandising.

Deliver engaging global operational trainings that articulate and reinforce the underlying principles of key topics.

Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement ongoing service and soft skills training that enhance global consumer experiences and positively impacts NPS.

Continuously refine and evolve service and product training programs and resources to meet Global needs. adjusting strategies to improve employee engagement and consumer experience.
