Position Overview:
The Associate, Product Management and Sourcing generally oversees on one or two departments in partnership with a Manager or Director.
Performance requirements
Collaborate with leadership to execute product management & sourcing initiatives
Support supplier relationships, assisting in negotiations, and contributing to cost-effective sourcing strategies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and streamline processes in the product development lifecycle.
Assist in overseeing production timelines and troubleshooting issues to meet due dates.
Contribute insights and recommendations to enhance sourcing strategies and product quality.
Participate in supplier selection, qualification, and performance evaluation processes..
Support the mentorship and development of junior team members.
Provide administrative support to the Product Management and Sourcing teams as needed.
Work Experience and education requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in product management and sourcing, or related role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to negotiate, influence vendors, and collaborate cross functionally with internal & external partners
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
