Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Benchmarking & Quality Assurance

  • Establish Benchmarks: Define and maintain the quality ecosystem for benchmark and high-growth brands on Myntra.
  • Parameter Auditing: Rigorously review all platform parameters (including imagery, metadata, compliance, and attributes) to ensure cataloging aligns with Myntra’s premium standards.
  • Risk & Defect Identification: Actively monitor the pipeline to catch cataloging errors, compliance failures, or data gaps preventing products from going live.

2. Catalog Optimization & "Live" Enablement

  • Gating Resolution: Own the end-to-end workflow for products stuck in the "not live" or "suppressed" state.
  • Visibility & Touchpoints: Create dedicated intervention touchpoints and frameworks to give restricted styles the visibility they need internally to get resolved.
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Deep dive into recurring catalog issues and implement scalable fixes to prevent future backlogs.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Cross-Functional Synergy

  • Brand & Category Alignment: Partner closely with Brand Managers and Category teams to understand supply timelines and commercial priorities.
  • Ops & Tech Interfacing: Work alongside Content, Studio, and Catalog Operations teams to streamline the correction loop for flagged products.
  • Feedback Loops: Provide actionable feedback to external brand partners on how to improve their inbound catalog data quality.

4. Data Tracking & Reporting

  • Performance Dashboards: Build and maintain visibility trackers for "Blocked vs. Live" inventory metrics.
  • TAT Management: Measure and continuously improve the Turnaround Time (TAT) required to move a product from "Failed QC" to "Live on Platform."

Required Qualification & Experience

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, Operations, or a related technical field.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce Catalog Operations, Platform Quality, Category Operations, or Brand Management (experience in Fashion/Lifestyle e-commerce is highly preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale catalogs and dealing with complex platform parameters.

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Analytical Powerhouse: Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (like PowerBI/Tableau) to track catalog health metrics.
  • Process-Oriented: A keen eye for detail with a knack for designing seamless operational workflows.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to look at a rejected product and immediately identify the technical or visual fix required.
  • Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills to navigate between internal tech/ops teams and external brand partners
