We are one of India’s largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends. In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we are also in the process of expanding to new categories and introducing new product lines in the existing categories like activewear, supima products, innerwear, personal care products like perfumes and very recently launched footwear and kidswear.

Although we are primarily an online brand, we’ve expanded in the offline retail space as well and have twenty three stores pan India.

Team Position & Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and brilliant Retail Planner in our Data Analytics team. As a Retail Planner Data, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, market trends, and other relevant metrics to develop forecasts, optimize inventory levels, and support decision-making processes within the retail organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities :

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify patterns and insights.

Utilize statistical methods and forecasting techniques to develop accurate demand forecasts for products and categories.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting trends, opportunities, and risks.

Inventory Management:

Work closely with inventory management teams to optimize stock levels, minimize out-of-stocks, and reduce excess inventory.

Develop inventory replenishment strategies based on demand forecasts, seasonal trends, and promotional activities.

Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend actions to mitigate risks and improve inventory turnover.

Assortment Planning:

Collaborate with merchandising teams to develop assortment plans that align with customer preferences, market trends, and business goals.

Analyze product performance data to make recommendations for assortment optimization, including assortment breadth and depth.

Promotion and Pricing Analysis:

Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and pricing strategies through data analysis and post-promotion reviews.

Make data-driven recommendations for future promotional activities, including timing, duration, and discount levels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment between data insights and business strategies.
