Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be a part of a team that works on product marketing and marketing operations for our community of buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities:

Provide copywriting support across marketing channels including email, app content, push notifications, and promotional messages in alignment with campaign goals, brand voice, and timelines.

Assist with day-to-day marketing operations, including user outreach, reward processing, and campaign support tasks

Helping with the day-to-day coordination of e-commerce marketplace activities

Contribute to ad-hoc projects across product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and marketing operations as needed

Conduct basic trend research and reporting to support content and campaign planning

6-Month Accomplishments:

Develop a strong understanding of the Poshmark app, core user base, marketing calendar, and content planning processes

Gain hands-on experience with internal tools and workflows for campaign and copy execution

Build working relationships across marketing, product, and operations teams

Assist in the execution of recurring product marketing and operational tasks with accuracy and consistency

12+ Month Accomplishments:

Help in managing campaigns with regards to copy support, coordinating with stakeholders and assigning tasks

Own the winner fulfilment process for Poshmark events

Support the team with ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, and use basic formulas and functions to support marketing tasks.

Interest in fashion merchandising, catalogue management, e-commerce or related fields

A self-starter with a keenness to learn and grow.

Qualification: Preferably a degree in fashion, marketing or advertising.

Software and skills: Experience with Microsoft Office Applications and content writing could be an advantage.

Is passionate about content, fashion and e-commerce and shows a keen interest in the evolving fashion trends.

Has an eye for detail and is diligent and thorough in one’s work and keeps up with timelines

Is a go-getter, gets the work done all the while striking a good rapport and relationships with team members and the Poshmark community as a whole.

Is social media savvy with a strong understanding of online shopping trends
