We have an invitation waiting for an Associate Technical Designer who thrives at the intersection of fit, construction, and problem solving. This role is responsible for the development process and technical integrity of products. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of patternmaking and grading across a wide spectrum of shapes and sizes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end development of assigned styles
  • Partner with Design to ensure tech packs are detailed, accurate, and up-to-date
  • Manage multiple styles simultaneously with accuracy and accountability
  • Track product timelines and deliverables in Asana
  • Execute against development calendar deadlines
  • Communicate daily with factories and crossfunctional teams
  • Lead sample evaluations
  • Lead fittings with a point of view
  • Support fittings and meetings by capturing accurate and organized notes and photos
  • Execute wear testing fittings, surveys, data analysis and recap
  • Recruit, schedule, and coordinate fit models and wear testers
  • Maintain systems for tracking fitting data and assets
  • Lead preparation of internal and external presentations
  • Evaluate PPs and TOPs for fit, quality, and construction
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-growing, nimble environment

Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 years of industry experience in women's apparel
  • Experience in intimates or close-to-body garments
  • Experience leading fittings and presentations
  • Familiarity with bonding and lamination technologies
  • Experience working in PLM systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and vendors
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in: MacOS, Excel / Google Sheets, Adobe Illustrator, Google Workspace, PowerPoint / Google Slides, Zoom
