Job Definition (Key Purpose of the Job) :
This position build seasonal buying plans for ANZ DTC channel to support DTC financial target. Collaborate closely with merchandising to ensure the buy delivers the merchandiser’s assortment strategy. This position partners with Regional Merchant Team, Local TNF ANZ sales team and TA Planning team, linking the buy strategy with product strategy and market demand to ensure the buy plan is supportive to deliver the financial target
Key Result Areas:
The ANZ Buyer is responsible for:
Working with Regional Merchant to identify local market-specific seasonal opportunities and priorities based on consumer and industry trends across product categories
Work with Regional merchant on the aligned DTC assortment Plan and launch plan (CRD date).
Ensure Product delivery phasing matching with Demand, product arrivals fulfill both seasonality relevancy, consumer demand and balanced inventory supply.
Provide demand Forecast based on GTM milestones
Align the DTC Seasonal Open to Buy with TA Planning team, both LLT and SLT products.
Plan and Generate buy depth for all product lines, 800-1000 SKU per season across all category, all territory, towards OTB budget
Responsible for DTC all SCO size breakdown
Responsible for Consolidate DTC and WS order, and upload into system
Support in-season sell through management and insights on what’s working. Not working, and advice on action plans
Close partnership with TA planning on promotion decisions
Close partnership with TA planning on inventory level, free-to-sell inventory

Retail and product expertise in the key markets: ANZ
Working knowledge of a P&L

Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor
Minimum 3-5 years or above in retail industry
